Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Business Manager to lead the operations and sales performance of our Singapore centres. This role is fully based in Singapore, with occasional travel to our Malaysia HQ for management meetings, strategy discussions, and business reviews.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of Singapore centres to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Drive sales performance, manage leads, and support enrolment growth.
  • Work closely with the local team to implement strategies, marketing activities, and customer engagement plans.
  • Conduct staff coaching, performance reviews, and operational audits.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, service standards, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Support business development initiatives and coordinate closely with HQ for reporting and strategic alignment.
  • Participate in key meetings with Malaysia HQ to present market updates and business proposals.
Requirements
  • Based in Singapore with willingness to travel to Malaysia HQ when required.
  • Strong command of English and Chinese (for communication with Chinese‑speaking parents/partners).
  • Willing to work on weekends.
  • Possess strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in centre management, sales, retail, or the education industry is an advantage.
  • Independent, responsible, and able to manage a fast‑paced operational environment.
