A leading payment solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in Payment Solutions or FinTech, and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills. This position is pivotal in building strong relationships with merchants and effectively positioning the company's services.
End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and cold outreach, negotiation, and final contract signing.
Strategic Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and build a robust pipeline of target merchants within assigned verticals.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with prospects, understanding their payment collection challenges and positioning AXS as the optimal solution.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in our CRM system, providing regular forecasts and activity reports to sales leadership.
Market Intelligence: Act as the "eyes and ears" in the market, providing feedback on competitor activities, merchant needs, and potential new product opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for new merchants.
