Job summary

A technology services company in Singapore is seeking a Business Development/ Sales Account Manager to manage relationships, achieve sales targets, and act as a primary liaison among customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively. This position offers a permanent contract with a basic salary plus commission.

Qualifications

  • Relevant sales experience is preferred.

  • Position Title: Business Development/ Sales Account Manager
  • Working Location: Joo Chiat Road
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + PB
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound sales calls to assigned customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Act as the primary liaison among sales channels, customers, and internal teams.
  • Solve problems creatively to meet sales and customer objectives.
  • Profile and prioritize target accounts effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the industry.
  • Travel locally and overseas to meet key customers as needed.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Derive insights from customer and competitor data.
  • Offer alternative brand products to replace EOL parts.
