Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and secure new clients in the financial services, professional services and technology sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored recruitment and talent solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality recruitment services and meet client expectations.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Track and report on business development activities, client feedback, and market insights to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and build professional networks.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, or sales, preferably within the recruitment or consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of the financial services and technology sectors, including market trends and challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
