Job responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and secure new clients in the financial services, professional services and technology sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored recruitment and talent solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality recruitment services and meet client expectations.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Track and report on business development activities, client feedback, and market insights to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and build professional networks.
Job requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, or sales, preferably within the recruitment or consulting industry.
