Overview

Liquid Edge Capital Pte. Ltd. is an early-stage, Singapore-based licensed fund management firm in the process of building a focused, scalable fund management platform.

We are seeking the addition of a senior-level professional to join the firm in a partner-style capacity, with responsibility for contributing to the long-term growth of the firm's assets under management.

This role is suited for individuals seeking entrepreneurial participation rather than conventional employment.

Role Scope

The Investment Partner will work closely with the firm’s principals to support the development of the investment management business. Depending on background and strengths, responsibilities may include:

• Contributing to the growth of assets managed on the platform through the individual’s own established professional relationships.
• Supporting the firm’s client engagement and investor communication efforts
• Participating in strategic discussions relating to platform development and business direction

The precise scope will be calibrated based on the individual’s experience and alignment with the firm.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a senior professional who:

• Has meaningful experience in asset or wealth management
• Possesses established professional relationships within the investor community
• Is comfortable operating in an early-stage environment with limited fixed infrastructure
• Values long-term alignment and platform building over short-term compensation certainty
• Meets regulatory fit and proper requirements applicable to senior roles in a regulated financial institution

Compensation Structure

This role is structured on a profit-sharing basis reflective of the firm’s early-stage status, rather than conventional salaried employment.

• There is no fixed base salary
• Economic participation will be material and commensurate with the individual’s contribution to the growth and sustainability of the firm's assets
• The structure is intended to mirror partner-style economics, subject to regulatory and contractual considerations
