Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Development
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Propose strategies to strengthen the company’s value proposition.
- Drive initiatives to keep the business innovative and competitive in the F&B landscape.
Marketing & Customer Loyalty
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Develop initiatives to build brand awareness and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Coordinate with outlets to ensure consistent branding and customer experience.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Analyse sales and operational data to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management decision-making.
- Recommend improvements based on data trends (e.g., sales mix, customer preferences).
Menu Development & Pricing
- Analyse sales performance to identify bestsellers and underperforming items.
- Recommend pricing adjustments to optimise margins and customer value.
- Support development of new menu items in collaboration with the kitchen team.
Supply Chain & Vendor Management
- Map and monitor supply chain processes for efficiency and cost control.
- Liaise with third-party vendors for software, services, and operations support.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and maintain strong partner relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ operations experience in the Retail or F&B sector (preferred).
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Strong understanding of Retail or F&B industry
- Strong consulting and influencing skill
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with Google workspace tools and Notion
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about improving business operations.
