Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Manager to implement strategies in the security services sector. The successful candidate will identify and secure new clients while delivering tailored solutions and maintaining professional relationships. Strong sales performance is essential, along with participation in industry events to enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement business development strategies focused on the security services and solutions industry.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new clients from both the private and public sectors.
  • Develop and sustain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry partners.
  • Prepare and deliver customised presentations, proposals, and solution pitches that address client needs.
  • Work closely with technical and operations teams to create tailored security solutions for clients.
  • Analyse market trends and conduct competitive assessments to strengthen the company’s market position.
  • Ensure all business activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
  • Meet and surpass sales targets, KPIs, and other performance goals.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to boost brand visibility and generate new business leads.
