Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share in the metal recycling sector.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new customers in local and overseas markets.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of trade with customers and suppliers.
  • Work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, sales forecasts, and performance reports to management.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer engagement and sales processes.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in the metal recycling, commodities, or trading industry.
  • Strong knowledge of scrap metal categories, recycling processes, and global trading practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel locally and overseas when required.
