Job summary

A technology-enabled insights consultancy in Singapore is seeking a commercially-driven professional to lead enterprise client engagements and manage research delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in market research, consulting, or brand strategy, and possess strong communication and presentation skills. This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior team members and grow presence in the private/public sectors through consultative partnerships and data-driven storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support proposals, pitches, and business development initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate across functions to enhance client experience.
Requirements:
  • 3-years in market research, consulting, or brand strategy (client-facing roles preferred).
  • Experience in public/private sector sales cycle - either one.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders across enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights, marketing strategy, and data-driven storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; familiarity with digital research tools a plus
