Candidates should have over 10 years of experience, a degree in engineering, and strong leadership abilities. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships with clients and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of experience in business development, pricing, or commercial roles.
  • Proven track record in leading large, complex IFM tenders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business development efforts to identify new markets, clients, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Support strategic planning and conduct market analysis.
  • Develop proposals and presentations to secure new business.
  • Create competitive and profitable pricing strategies for major IFM projects.
  • Lead pricing negotiations for long-term contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development efforts to identify new markets, clients, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Support strategic planning and conduct market analysis, feasibility studies, and competitive assessments.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new business.
  • Create and implement competitive and profitable pricing strategies for major IFM projects.
  • Analyse data, market trends, and client requirements to prepare accurate pricing models.
  • Lead pricing negotiations and manage complex pricing structures for long-term contracts.
  • Mentor and guide Managers and Executives to drive high performance and collaboration.
  • Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Technical, Sustainability, WHS, IT, Finance, and Legal teams on bid management.
  • Build industry networks, monitor market trends, and represent the company at events.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
