Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth in our service-based business. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing customized service solutions to meet client needs. This role is key to expanding our market presence and achieving long-term revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted industries and geographies.
  • Develop customized proposals and service packages based on client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal service delivery and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and pitches.
  • Negotiate and close business deals in line with company goals and margins.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to contract signing and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and performance metrics in CRM systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the service sector (e.g., B2B services, IT services, consulting, staffing, logistics, etc.).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of service delivery models and how to create value-based solutions.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
