Building on our strong retail presence, we are now looking to expand into the wedding and corporate gift market. To spearhead this new business wing, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager who will play a key role in shaping and driving this exciting new venture.

Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing strategies, identifying opportunities, and building client relationships to successfully establish and grow our presence in the wedding and corporate gift segments. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of a new business area and lead it from the ground up.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and growth of the company’s new wedding and corporate gift division.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities in targeted markets.
  • Build strong client relationships with corporate partners, wedding planners, and event organisers.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver customised business proposals and presentations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of products.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
