Roles and Responsibilities
1. Assist in Lead Generation
- Support the identification of new business opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, networking, and site visits.
- Maintain and update client database (e.g., property management companies, commercial buildings, and MCSTs).
2. Client Engagement
- Accompany senior team members to client meetings, presentations, and site surveys.
- Assist in preparing meeting notes, follow-up emails, and client proposals.
3. Proposal and Quotation Support
- Help in drafting basic sales proposals and quotations for security manpower and systems (e.g., guard services, CCTV installation).
- Coordinate with operations and HR teams to gather necessary costing and manpower deployment details.
4. Market Research
- Conduct basic research on market trends, competitor pricing, and upcoming projects in the security industry.
- Monitor tender portals (e.g., GeBIZ) and assist in compiling documents for submissions.
5. Administrative Support
- Manage sales-related administrative duties including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing sales reports.
- Ensure timely filing and tracking of contracts, agreements, and sales documentation.
6. Learning & Development
- Continuously build knowledge of the Singapore security industry, including licensing (PLRD), manpower deployment standards, and basic security technologies.
- Participate in internal training sessions and external industry events as assigned.
Compensation Structure:
- Basic Salary: From $3,100/month to $3,800 + Incentives
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives awarded for achieving sales targets, securing high-value contracts, and successful renewals.
