Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development & Partnerships Manager to support our growth in the global market. You will focus on identifying, negotiating and executing partnerships at a global scale across key verticals driving growth for Tinggo Travel.

To be successful in this role, you should be highly persuasive and have a strong business acumen in commercial partnerships for the relevant verticals. To be exceptional in this role, you should be adept at negotiating sound partnership deals as well as demonstrating excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the onboarding of new global partnerships across key verticals, including FSC and LCC Airlines, Wholesalers, and other online traffic partners such as OTAs and TMCs, with the objective of increasing ticketing sales for Tinggo.
  • Developing and executing your own strategic approach, aligned with team goals and KPIs.
  • Managing key accounts and optimising campaigns to drive business growth and achieve performance targets.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders (Product, Operations, Supply, Finance, etc.) to create demand-driven products that can scale effectively.
  • Identifying competitive threats in the market and recommending appropriate strategic responses.
  • Building, maintaining, and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with partners to support sustainable growth for the company.
  • Identifying, evaluating, and developing commercial partnership opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Experience working within a multi-national company environment is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of air-ticketing distribution systems.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently; detail-oriented and highly persuasive.
  • Strong business acumen and proven leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • A well-established network across key verticals, with a demonstrated track record of success in business development and marketing partnerships.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
