Job description
Business Development & Integration
  • Support evaluation and execution of new business opportunities (whitespace channels, partnerships, or new product development).
  • Participate in end-to-end integration planning and execution for partnerships and strategic projects.
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, IT, supply chain, HR, and commercial teams to ensure smooth alignment.
  • Assist in building integration frameworks, playbooks, and governance processes.
  • Develop basic business cases, financial models, and integration KPIs to track progress.
Master Data Exposure
  • Learn and support the role of Master Data Process Owner.
  • Assist in designing and documenting data governance standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Partner with IT/MDM teams to streamline workflows and approvals.
  • Track Master Data KPIs and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in training sessions to build organizational capability under the “one company, one system, one way of working” approach.
Leadership Development
  • Take part in structured training modules covering strategy, data management, project management, and leadership.
  • Engage in change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Receive mentoring and feedback to accelerate career growth.
Key Skills & Competencies
