Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Business Development Manager to execute business plans

  2. Consolidate data necessary for management reporting and ensure 100% accuracy of information

  3. Provide administrative supports to the department

  4. Prepare official documents needed for submission to authorities and/or mall management relating to tendering of sites

  5. Keep up-to-date market development and competitors’ activities

  6. Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner

  7. Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure its completion; update leasing reports and schedules.

  8. Conduct site visits or viewings to identify potential areas for expansion.

  9. Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with minimum 1 year of related experience

  2. Possess solid presentation skills, proficient in MS Office applications

  3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills

  4. Able to facilitate and orchestrate resources cross function to support business development activities

  5. Highly motivated, acute business sense with an analytical mind and minimum supervision required

  6. Experience in job tendering would be an added advantage

  7. Resourceful with excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of personnel
