Business Development Executive

Salary: $5000 - $6000

Working Days: Monday - Friday 9am – 530pm

Working Location: Bedok

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and sales of turnkey IoT solutions, including BMS systems, Smart Home, Security Systems, and Smart Access/Door Solutions across the loca & SEA region.
  • Identify, engage, and develop strong business networks with System Integrators (SIs), Facilities Management companies, Property Management companies, and building/property owners.
  • Lead and manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal preparation, tender submissions, negotiation, and closing of projects.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored turnkey solutions that meet client requirements and project specifications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging smart solution technologies to propose innovative offerings to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance reporting.
  • Build long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields).
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B project sales, preferably in turnkey solutions, IoT, BMS, Smart Solutions, or System Integration.
  • Strong experience in tendering and bidding for projects, with knowledge of the tender process, documentation, and compliance.
  • Solid business network with SIs, Facilities Management companies, Property Management companies, and/or property owners is highly preferred.
