Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a candidate to support the Business Development Manager in building a lead pipeline for Integrated Facilities Manager Services. Responsibilities include assisting in the tender process and contract negotiations. Candidates must have at least one year of relevant experience and be CFME certified Level 4 or above. Attractive compensation package includes a basic salary of up to $4,500 plus allowances and bonuses.

• Provide support for end-to-end tender & bid process.
• Support for contract clarifications & basic negotiations.

Compensation

• Entitled to fixed AWS + Variable bonus

Responsibilities

• Work with Business Development Manager to generate & follow up on leads to build a good pipeline across Integrated Facilities Manager Services such as M&E, landscaping, security etc.

• Provide support for end-to-end tender & bid process for Integrated Facilities Management contracts.

• Provide support for contract clarifications & basic negotiations, with an understanding of IFM scope, KPIs, & commercial terms.

• Must be CFME certified Level 4 & above
