As part of our Business Development & Partnerships Team, you’ll be the driving force behind our media brands—reaching out, connecting, and building relationships with awesome clients. You should have great sales skill and excel in lead generation, business development, and account management.

Think of yourself as a matchmaker between brands and opportunities! You'll help clients grow their businesses, build long-term partnerships, and even spot ways to improve our sales process. What You Will Be Doing:
  • Identify, hunt and build new clientele and business opportunities.
  • Present, promote and sell our services/media products to prospective and existing partners.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage and maintain client accounts and relationships.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and successful campaign experience.
  • Manage accounts by ensuring brands’ objectives and timelines are met, overseeing creative development and video production and ensuring smooth delivery of deliverables.
  • Brainstorm creative marketing proposals and campaign ideas for client campaigns and support the Team in developing content that meet client’s objectives.
  • Serve as a launch point and lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities and collaborations like media invites, media drops, sponsorships etc.
  • Establish post-implementation measures and evaluation to monitor performances including preparation of campaign reports.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Min. 2 years of relationship and sales experience with track record of success
  • Knowledgeable about the media industry, updated on trends and experienced in digital advertising sales.
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous- initiative and do not need to be micromanaged.
  • Exercises sound judgement in establishing priorities, managing timelines and meeting deadlines.
  • Resilient and thrives in a challenging environment.
  • Charismatic, cheerful & positive with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
