Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales & Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and strengthen our presence across our travel, corporate services, and MICE divisions. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our suite of travel, concierge, visa, and corporate event services.

You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outreach, preparing proposals, and presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs. Working closely with management and internal teams, you will ensure smooth coordination from the first point of contact to deal closure.

Business Development & Sales
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with corporate clients, MNCs, family offices, HNW/UHNW clients, VIP travellers, and organisations requiring premium travel & MICE solutions.
  • Proactively pursue high‑value clients through referrals, strategic networks, partnerships, industry relationships, and executive‑level outreach.
  • Present and pitch RSBU Global Travel’s full suite of services: Corporate travel management, luxury leisure travel, bespoke itineraries, MICE & events, executive concierge, private jets/yachts, visas & compliance support.
  • Tailor customised proposals, high‑end itineraries, presentations, and quotations that meet sophisticated expectations and reflect RSBU Global Travel’s premium positioning.
  • Build and maintain a strong qualified sales pipeline, follow up with leads, negotiate contracts, and consistently meet monthly / quarterly revenue targets.
Market Research, Branding & Strategic Outreach
  • Monitor global and regional trends in luxury travel, business travel, corporate mobility, MICE, VIP services, especially within Asia‑Pacific.
  • Identify emerging industries, corporate sectors, and HNW client groups to expand RSBU Global Travel’s premium market presence.
  • Represent RSBU Global Travel at business events, industry conferences, networking forums and corporate gatherings to elevate brand awareness and strengthen partnerships.
  • Build relationships with hotels, airlines, DMCs, event venues, luxury suppliers and strategic partners to support cross‑selling and preferential arrangements.
Sales Operations, Reporting and Coordination internally
  • Maintain organised documentation, client records, CRM updates, and detailed tracking of opportunities and conversion metrics.
  • Provide management with regular reports on performance, pipeline progress, client feedback, market needs, and new business development ideas.
  • Upon deal confirmation, provide a complete and accurate handover to the Client Managers.
  • Coordinate with Client Managers to ensure they are fully briefed before they take over client servicing.
  • Maintain communication with Client Managers for updates as needed for reporting or pipeline management.
Qualifications & Attributes
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality/Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent working experience).
  • Ideally 1–3 years (or more) of experience in sales/business development — preferably in luxury travel, corporate travel, MICE, hospitality, concierge services, or a related professional services industry. Experience with high‑end or corporate clients is a plus.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long‑term client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks, prioritise effectively, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Self‑driven, proactive, and professional, with a strong sales mindset, service orientation and commercial awareness.
  • Confidence engaging with senior decision‑makers, including CEOs, founders, corporate clients, and high‑net‑worth individuals.
  • Familiarity with travel services, corporate solutions, MICE, concierge offerings or related industries is an advantage.
