Our client is a costume rental and event service provider in Southeast Asia. They are looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s costume-related products and services. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, outgoing, and enjoys working with clients in marketing, events, and entertainment industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries such as events, retail, entertainment, schools, F&B, and corporate branding.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects through calls, emails, social platforms, and networking opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and encourage repeat partnerships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to uncover emerging opportunities, including specialised markets like themed events and brand activations.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen brand presence, expand market reach, and drive sustainable revenue.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and roll out promotional initiatives, campaigns, and activation events.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, fairs, and community events to showcase our offerings and engage potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, evaluate performance data, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment, marketing agency, or events agency (experience in events, branding, costume/production, or creative industries is a plus).
  • Proven experience and proficiency in using CRM systems for managing leads, clients, and sales pipelines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for events, client meetings, and business development opportunities.
