Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development Entrepreneur to drive client growth and secure executive search and HR advisory assignments. This is a commission-only role, providing flexibility and autonomy for self-driven professionals who excel in performance-based environments.

This opportunity is ideal for those who are passionate about business growth, professional networking, and client success, while maintaining a balanced and flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify and proactively engage potential clients across various industries in Singapore and the region.
• Promotional Efforts: Present and promote WeLinkTalent’s executive search and HR advisory services to clients.
• Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and future collaboration.
• Collaboration: Partner with the internal team to define client needs, scope assignments, and deliver with excellence.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and optimise outreach, engagement, and conversion metrics to grow business development impact.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven success in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in HR, recruitment, or related sectors).
• Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Work Ethic: Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable operating independently and remotely.
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Singapore’s business landscape and talent market is strongly preferred.
• Residency: Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
