We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Associate to support our growth strategy. This role is a hybrid of account management and new business acquisition, perfect for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships while also identifying and securing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction
  • Deepen client relationships by understanding evolving needs and offering value-added solutions
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth
  • Monitor client performance and feedback to ensure high retention and renewal rates
New Business Acquisition
  • Prospect and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and events
  • Understand prospects’ business challenges and present tailored solutions
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and proposals to key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients
General
  • Meet or exceed account growth and acquisition targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered)
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
