Business Analyst/ PMO (Business Continuity Management)

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to support execution of business improvement initiatives
  • Gather, draft, and refine business requirements in collaboration with users
  • Prepare business documentation (e.g., BRDs, workflows, meeting notes, proposals)
  • Review and support creation of system functional requirement documents
  • Analyze project workload, adjust master schedules, and assist with planning activities
  • Analyze transaction data and business processes to fine-tune business logic
  • Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
  • Assist in the development of the migration plan
  • Support PMO activities including meeting facilitation, weekly/monthly status reporting, and continuous improvement proposals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
  • Solid experience in gathering and defining business requirements
  • Practical knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
  • Familiarity with the Financial Services industry and its operational environment
  • Hands-on experience in performing data analysis
  • Strong documentation skills using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Proven experience in business analysis and project management support roles
  • Knowledge of MAS Business Continuity Management (BCM) guidelines and familiarity with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) are a plus
  • Experience working in client-facing roles and/or in a consulting firm environment is a plus
