The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a leading global technology company to hire a Regional Business Analyst (Korean-Speaking) on a 2-year contract (renewable).
• This role will support financial planning and reporting, working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights across the region.
• You will be part of the regional HQ team, playing a key role in executive-level reporting, profitability analysis, and business planning.

The Talent

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Financial Analyst
• Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience in SAP, financial/budgeting models, and macros preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present insights clearly to management and senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in both English and Korean (verbal and written) – this is highly preferred to communicate and work with native Korean stakeholders

Job Description

As a Regional Business Analyst, you will:

• Analyze large datasets to generate sales, profit, and overhead reports
• Monitor financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and identify cost drivers
• Prepare monthly and quarterly presentations for C-level executives, translating insights from Korean to English and vice versa
• Work with product managers and cross-functional teams to investigate P&L discrepancies
• Support and improve financial planning processes and reporting frameworks
• Deliver timely and accurate financial data to support business decision-making
• Lead or support executive-level presentations and external meetings
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and support risk mitigation in financial reporting
