Responsibilities:
  • Plan and lead the creation and revision of banking operation procedures aligned with the new core banking system implementation.
  • Develop detailed plans, documentation, and progress management reports for user task procedures.
  • Coordinate with regional and branch-level teams to ensure standardization of procedures while accommodating branch-specific requirements.
  • Manage issues and progress for procedure development activities.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple branches and departments (Operations, Risk, Legal, Internal Audit, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance and quality in procedure documentation in line with banking standards and regulations.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among physically remote teams across APAC.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a consulting firm within the banking industry or on the user/operations side of a bank.
  • Strong expertise in document creation and logical thinking.
  • Proven experience in creating, revising, reviewing, or approving banking operational procedures (e.g., Operational Planning, Back Office, Risk Management, Legal, or Internal Audit).
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, including remote and cross-border teams.
  • Knowledge of core banking business flows and back-office operations, experience with major banking systems such as Trade360 TPS, ACBS, GPP, FLEXCUBE, or GLCS and managing small or distributed teams are a plus.
