The role

BT Automation Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing and improving our business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimisation. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to apply your analytical skills and make a significant impact on the growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing
  • Eliciting, documenting, and analysing business requirements from key stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities for business process improvement and automation
  • Collaborating with the IT team to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process flows, and use case diagrams
  • Testing and validating new systems and processes to ensure they meet business needs
  • Providing training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
  • Continuously monitoring and optimising business processes to enhance efficiency
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the information technology or automation industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and identify creative solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Proficiency in business process modelling and analysis tools, such as Lucidchart, BPMN
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices
  • Experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management
  • Familiarity with agile and/or lean project management methodologies
