Job description

As a Business Account Manager at our client partner specializing in AI/ML, Computer Vision, and Cybersecurity solutions, your primary focus will be on nurturing and expanding existing client accounts within the BFSI sector. Reporting directly to the Vice President, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, driving renewals, and maximizing revenue through effective cross-selling and up-selling of our flagship products: DigiVision, DigiDrive, and SecureNexus.Your responsibilities will include owning relationships with current BFSI clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention, managing renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling of our tech solutions, conducting client meetings, reviews, and product demos independently, identifying new revenue opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with sales and tech teams for successful delivery and customer success, leading proof-of-concepts, and pitching tailored solutions to clients. Additionally, you will be expected to track account performance, provide regular updates to leadership, and represent the brand at industry events and conferences.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field, along with at least 4 years of proven experience in Account Management within the BFSI domain. Exposure to AI, Computer Vision, and Cybersecurity will be advantageous. Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, as well as a strong command of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), will be essential.
