Job summary

A leading construction service provider in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare tender and contract documents, source materials, and liaise with stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a relevant Bachelor's degree and has at least 2 years of experience in quantity surveying and drafting technical drawings. Proficiency in Autocad 2D, 3D and Revit is essential, alongside strong communication skills in English. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in drafting of M&E/technical drawings and quantity surveying.
• Must have quantity surveying experience/exposure.
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision, self-motivated.

Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities, prepare quotation and cost estimates.
• Source for required materials and vendors, handle interim progress claim, variation of sub-contractors’ progress claims and variation orders.
• Preparation and submission of variation order and final Accounts.
• Measure and take off quantities for building, architectural and structural work elements
• Interpret and prepare M&E, architectural shop drawings, section details, building drawings, co-ordination drawings, reading specifications etc
• Able to liaise with consultants, architects, clients in the administration of projects
• Able to produce Auto cad 2D, 3D & revit drawings

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Services or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in drafting of M&E / technical drawings and quantity surveying
• Must have quantity surveying experience / exposure
• Required Skill(s): Autocad 2D, Autocad3D, Revit drawings
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision, self-motivated
• Must have good communication skills and well-versed in English to be able to communicate with both internal & external stakeholders
• Able to start work within short notice
