Job summary

A property management company in Singapore is actively seeking a dedicated Building Officer to manage various aspects of building operations. The role involves conducting daily inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and overseeing service providers. Candidates should have NITEC qualifications, exhibit strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, and be prepared for shift work. Qualifications

• NITEC and above or relevant studies.
• Building operations in commercial buildings will be an added advantage.
• Team oriented and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform 12 hours shift and standby duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine daily inspections around the building and surrounding areas.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and identify necessary repair works.
• Supervise and inspect work of service providers.
• Update maintenance records in Yardi Elevate system.
• Attend to tenants’ requests and feedback.
• Monitor tenancy fitting-out and building improvement works.
• Ensure fire alarm system operations in Fire Command Centre.
• Oversee security officers and security deployment plans.
• Conduct frequent checks on critical areas of the building.
