Job summary

A leading marina development company in Singapore is looking for a maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance of Club machines and manage building operations. The role requires basic knowledge of hotel maintenance, plumbing skills, and the ability to work in shifts. Qualifications

  • Must possess a Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel building maintenance operations.
  • Experience in plumbing, grouting, painting, and carpentry work.
  • Understanding of safety and electrical regulations.
  • Ability to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance of all Club machines.
  • Conduct maintenance and repair work at the Marina and Club facilities.
  • Maintain operational procedures for equipment like pumps and chillers.
  • Inspect contractor work to ensure compliance with Club requirements.
  • Check and change all Club’s fixtures and fittings daily.

Job description
Main Duties and Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up maintenance schedule to perform preventive maintenance of all Club machines.
  • Performs maintenance, plumbing works, alteration, and repair work at the Marina and the Club facilities.
  • Maintain operational procedure for equipment, such as pumps, chillers, generators, electrical switchboard and cooling tower and carry out periodical test on generator and fire alarm panel.
  • Inspects the work of contractors undertaking major installation and repair work to ensure compliance with our Club requirements.
  • Daily checking and changing of all the Club’s fixtures and fittings.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of building operations in relation to hotel building maintenance.
  • Knowledge and experience in plumbing, grouting, painting & carpentry work.
  • Understand safety, electrical and environmental regulations.
  • Able to work in shifts.
