Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Liaise with Project and Operations Managers for work scheduling and site arrangement.
- Assume roles and responsibilities as Project Engineer and/or Coordinator for assigned projects.
- Assist Project/Operations Manager in fulfilling project management duties.
- Report and support all operational matters, including administration, manpower scheduling, training, staff evaluations, and progress tracking.
- Prepare work plans for execution of various project components.
- Supervise and manage site activities, and provide updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure high quality of work and timely project completion.
- Attend project coordination and progress meetings.
- Track and update workflow related to purchase order status.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare quotations for client submission.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide alternative technical solutions to clients, including maintenance support.
- Manage and maintain all project-related documentation, such as service reports, maintenance logs, risk assessments, certificates of completion, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings.
- Contribute to capability development and business development initiatives.
- Implement and uphold Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and requirements.
- Educate, interpret, and ensure compliance of WSH standards among site workers.
- Conduct site briefings and training for site supervisors.
- Evaluate site supervisor and worker performance for continuous improvement
