• Site Management:Oversee daily site activities, manage subcontractors, and supervise work to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Technical Coordination:Study drawings/specs, resolve technical issues, provide assistance, and ensure work aligns with project plans.
• Quality & Safety:Monitor compliance with codes, standards, and safety procedures; conduct inspections.
• Reporting & Documentation:Prepare reports, method statements, cost estimates (BOQs), and maintain project documentation.
• Client & Stakeholder Liaison:Communicate with clients, consultants, and the project manager on requirements, progress, and risks.
• Resource Management:Plan and allocate resources (materials, equipment) for efficiency.Experience:2-5+ years in building construction, proven site experience, track record in project engineering.
• Technical Skills:Strong understanding of construction methods, technical drawings, AutoCAD, MS Office, project software.
• Soft Skills:Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, multitasking, attention to detail, ability to work independently.
