Job Objectives
The Data & Analytics IT Domain PMO will be responsible for governing the Zone Data & Analytics IT project portfolios and implementing the Zone IT Transformation program’s initiatives in North Asia and SAPMENA. The role also involves supporting financial management, budgeting, contract management, and reporting.
This position requires collaboration with the Zone Data & Analytics IT team, Group/Zone hub IT teams, IT finance/controlling, business partners, external partners, and the NA & SAPMENA CIO Office. The PMO will organize governance cadences, involve sub-team leads, and support communication and coordination for internal events.

- Advocate the highest standards of IT portfolio management to ensure value creation for the business
- Support financial management of project portfolios across the domain
- Ensure effective communication across the Zone
- Support CIO Office and Employee Experience activities
Key Job Accountabilities
- Own, animate, and facilitate IT governance for the Zone Data & Analytics IT domain
- Support management of the domain IT roadmap and portfolio: governance, committees, cadences, dashboards, and KPIs
- Manage Group and Zone stakeholder IT initiatives and requests strategically
- Engage proactively with internal and external partners as a Zone IT partner
- Prepare for strategic planning, budget planning, Group CPP, Zone CPP, Domain Review, Governance Meetings, Project Review, and IT Zone Mancom
- Manage contracts with external partners, focusing on budget consumption, in collaboration with demand, delivery, solution, and BAU leads
- Track, measure, and communicate the value delivered by Zone IT initiatives
- Drive the budgeting process across the Zone and ensure timely completion
- Support financial management and reporting in collaboration with IT finance controllers
- Lead internal communications for the domain’s campaigns, initiatives, and events
- Drive agile/product transformation within the Zone IT team and domain
- Partner with the CIO office to champion demand-to-project and demand-to-enhancement workflows
Preferred Profile / Skills
- Results-driven with prior PMO experience in a regional organization or IT domain
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with excellent time management in a dynamic environment
- Strong relationship-building skills for collaboration across teams at different maturity levels
- Empathetic and influential, understanding stakeholders’ challenges and needs
- Strategic, tactical, and operational contribution ability
- Effective communication skills with change management experience
- Ability to challenge strategic plans when appropriate
- Knowledge of project and product management methodologies
- Understanding of project finance and IT budgeting processes
- Knowledge of communication and learning functions
Technical Skills
- ITSM/PPM tools (ServiceNow)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
- Data extraction and reporting tools such as Power BI and MS Excel (preferred)
- CMMI, ITIL, Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred)
