We’ve got something exciting baking at Tiong Bahru Bakery — a new concept with fresh products is on the way, and we need more hands in our Central Kitchen Bread Department to bring it all to life!If you’ve got the energy, a positive attitude, and can handle a 2:00am start, we’ll teach you everything about baking. And don’t stress about getting here — your transport is reimbursed for the early shift. 🚕

What’s in store for you:
  • Help craft our signature breads + brand-new creations 🌟

  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, including sourdoughs, baguettes, and specialty loaves, adhering to Tiong Bahru Bakery's established recipes and quality standards.

  • Be exposed to Classic French breads like Sourdoughs, Brioches and even modern twist like Shio Pans.
    Learn to shape, bake, and perfect these items from scratch

  • Dough Management: Oversee the mixing, fermentation, shaping, and baking processes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every batch

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain our signature taste and appearance standards

  • Hygiene & Safety: Uphold top standards of cleanliness and HACCP compliance

  • A role for everyone : Beginners get hands‑on training, experienced bakers bring their expertise to the team
