Summary

We are looking for a driven and commercially savvy Brand Manager to own and accelerate the growth of the Stanley brand across the Singapore and Malaysia markets. Based in Singapore, you will be the strategic owner of the brand's P&L and the key driver of our retail and wholesale presence. We are seeking a commercially-minded marketer who is adept at building partnerships and focused on delivering measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business & Financial Planning: Develop the annual business plan and own the projected P&L for the Singapore & Malaysia markets. Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions.
  2. Omni channel Business Operations: Ensure seamless and effective brand execution across both online and offline channels, from e-commerce platforms to brick-and-mortar retail.
  3. Partner Development & Management: Build and nurture strong, strategic relationships with potential and existing key wholesale and retail partners to expand distribution and drive joint business growth.
  4. Campaign & Performance Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, from strategy and budgeting to post-campaign performance analysis and ROI reporting.
  5. Strategic Support: Act as a key strategic partner to the Malaysia Wholesale Manager, providing brand and marketing direction to align with market objectives.
  6. Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Regional Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure aligned planning and effective execution of all brand activities.
Who We Are Looking For
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, trade marketing, or key account management within FMCG, consumer durable goods, or lifestyle retail.
  • Proven track record in retail marketing and a deep understanding of the retail landscapes in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in developing business plans and managing P&L components.
  • Experience in building relationships with wholesale/distributor partners is a significant advantage.
  • A driven, results-oriented self-starter with the ability to manage complexity and thrive in an autonomous role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
