The Role

We are looking for a Brand Integrity Officer to join our APAC team. In this role, you will support the Head of Brand Integrity in maintaining brand consistency across packaging and key literature assets, including vet brochures and client leaflets. You will work closely with internal teams and international partners to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create product packaging translations in line with brand guidelines.

• Ensure packaging aligns with templates and approved processes.

• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Regional Director, and partners to maintain compliance with international regulations.

• Update and manage electronic and paper filing systems.

• Create or update key literature assets for APAC partners using provided translations.

• Maintain the Packaging Evaluation Spreadsheet.

• Support global packaging and literature translation projects when required.

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software for packaging and literature artwork.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
