Key Responsibilities
Influencer & Creator Engagement
  • Lead influencer and creator programmes across Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu (RedNote) to drive brand awareness and social advocacy.
  • Identify, recruit and manage relationships with influencers (macro & micro) and media partners, ensuring a healthy and scalable creator pipeline.
  • Develop clear creative briefs and oversee content delivery to ensure alignment with brand messaging, aesthetic standards, and campaign objectives.
  • Track and analyze collaboration outcomes using social performance indicators and ROI-related insights to optimise future influencer planning.
Brand Messaging & Copy Governance
  • Maintain and enforce brand messaging and tone of voice, keeping a centralised knowledge base and messaging guidelines for the market.
  • Craft and localise high-quality copy for official social channels, website content and PR materials, ensuring a consistent brand voice across English and Mandarin platforms.
  • Empower frontline teams by developing customer-friendly scripts and FAQs for sales and operations, ensuring a unified customer experience.
Public Relations & Reputation Management
  • Oversee digital reputation across global and regional platforms (e.g. Google, Dianping), with a focus on enhancing store ratings and consumer trust.
  • Coordinate PR communications and brand campaigns, including media relations and post-event amplification.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and community feedback, escalating risks and aligning response approaches when required.
Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in PR, Marketing Communications or Influencer Marketing within Retail sectors or a related field
  • Strong professional proficiency in English and Mandarin, with experience managing bilingual platforms. Mandarin proficiency is preferred to support platform moderation and communication where required for Xiaohongshu (RedNote).
  • Proven experience building and scaling influencer or creator programmes
  • Strong aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail (copy and content quality)
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced retail environment
