Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC will be a plus point.
• Training provided for those without/lesser experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign sub-contractors and manpower for maintenance work.
• Supervise and manage sub-contractors for servicing works.
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance.
• Perform routine checks and system upgrades.
• Record servicing data and generate service reports.
• Provide technical guidance and engineering solutions.
