Our Client is a well-established F&B group in Singapore, known for its vibrant dining concepts and quality service. They have remained strong throughout the years in Singapore’s competitive F&B industry, continuing to thrive with its innovative dining concepts. They are offering dynamic career opportunities across islandwide outlets for individuals passionate about hospitality.

Remuneration: Up to $5,000, depending on experience

Work Hours: 6 days/ week, based on shifts scheduled

Location: Islandwide

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent guest experiences, fostering a warm atmosphere where all diners feel welcomed and well attended to.
  • Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage restaurant inventory levels, ensuring sufficient inventory and timely replenishment.
  • Maintain dining area cleanliness and presentation, upholding high hygiene and service standards.
  • Train and mentor junior staff, promoting consistent service excellence and a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Work closely with Back-of-House team, ensuring timely food preparation in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Oversee outlet financial performance, analyzing revenue, costs, and profitability to consistently achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Min. 3 years of management experience in restaurant/ bistro setting.
  • Possess Food & Hygiene Certification
