Job summary

A leading research organization in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Scientist to join their Biotherapeutics Development group. The role involves characterizing monoclonal antibodies and developing therapeutic candidates for clinical applications. Ideal candidates should have a PhD in relevant fields and experience in cellular biology assays. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams are essential. Qualifications

  • PhD degree in relevant disciplines including Biomedical Science or Immunology.
  • Familiarity with selection of lead and hit candidates.
  • Interest in translational and applied research.
  • Experience in cellular and molecular biology.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

  • Characterize and evaluate monoclonal antibodies and their mechanism.
  • Contribute to therapeutics development pipeline.
  • Conduct in vivo studies including immunizations.
  • Work with internal and external collaborators.
  • Mentor students and interns.
  • Prepare presentation slides and reports.
  • Maintain experimental records.
  • Support lab operations and safety compliance.
