Responsibilities

• Develop Manufacturing/Operating Instructions and necessary Standard Operating Procedures.
• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot the process control system recipe/Models.
• Investigate, report and troubleshoot findings on quality and EHS related issues.
• Develop, implement and monitor preventive measures for processing issues.
• Ensure the site safety and quality standards are adhered to.
• Monitor, identify, develop and implement improvements in processes and equipment.
• Communicate process updates to plant personnel.
• Train process technicians on procedures as required.
• Ensure adherence to approved procedures and updates as necessary.
• Own multiple equipment/GMP systems in production and ensure compliance.
