Job summary

An architectural firm in Singapore requires a BIM Specialist to create and manage 3D BIM models, ensuring compliance with project specifications and BIM standards. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma in architecture or civil engineering and have at least 2 years of direct experience in BIM modeling, particularly using Autodesk Revit and Tekla. This role involves close collaboration with design teams and requires strong technical and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands on experience in BIM Modeling work.
• Able to multi-task, work independently, proactive with positive attitude.
• Good knowledge of Autodesk cad software and BIM software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop Archi component 3D BIM model for project coordination.
• Prepare shop drawings for approval.
• Monitor and update the BIM model as site conditions change.
• Conduct Clash Detection for A&S.

Job description

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with BIM Coordinator/ Design Engineer to develop Archi component 3D BIM – Model for coordination and collaboration using Revit.
2. Ensure construction documents, parameters and information accuracy for BIM Model.
3. Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
4. Prepare shop drawings for approval.
5. Prepare drawings and 3D Model for construction, coordination and as built purposes.
6. Monitor and update the model as per site condition changes.
7. Able to import and integrate other 3D models from various softwares such as Sketchup, Rhino,etc.
8. Follow BIM standards, Deliverables and Level of Development (LOD) required in the project.
9. Creating and developing the Parametric Family as per the parameter depending on specialities of materials.
10. Should be able to adopt with other BIM Modelling tools required in the project.
11. In charge of the Clash Detection for A&S and reports.
12. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• Good knowledge of Autodesk cad software and BIM software / tools. (Autodesk Revit & Tekla).

Work Information

• Job Location : Gul Circle
• Work Days : 5 days per week
