Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related discipline.
• 3–5 years’ experience in M&E drafting with exposure to LTA projects.
• Proficiency in BIM drafting and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft M&E system drawings ensuring accuracy.
• Perform quantity take-off for MEP services.
• Support construction phase with shop drawings and testing documentation.
• Conduct inspection checks and testing follow-up.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve issues.
• Carry out duct sizing and calculations.
• Design ventilation systems including fan and diffuser sizing.
• Assist senior BIM modelers with submissions.

• Prepare and draft M&E system drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Perform quantity take-off for MEP services and prepare related documentation.
• Support construction phase with shop drawings, testing, and commissioning documentation.
• Conduct inspection checks and testing follow-up after installation works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, civil contractors, architects, and other M&E contractors to resolve interface issues.
• Carry out duct sizing and calculations manually and using duct checker software.
• Design ventilation systems, including fan, grille, and diffuser sizing.
• Assist senior BIM modelers with CSD (Combined Services Drawings) and submissions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years’ experience in M&E drafting with exposure to LTA projects (Electrical, Fire Protection, ECS services).
• Proficiency in BIM drafting and coordination.
• BCA Specialist Diploma in BIM will be an added advantage.
