Job summary

A construction firm in Singapore is seeking a BIM Modeler to produce and manage BIM Model deliverables. Candidates should have at least a Diploma in relevant engineering fields and a minimum of 1 year of experience in C&S or related projects. Proficiency in Revit and NavisWorks is essential. The role includes coordinating with project stakeholders and resolving discrepancies during design stages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in C&S, Architectural / BIM Models related projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation and fabrication.
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information.
• Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models.
• Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during design stage.
• Able to produce and check construction shop drawings and as-built.
• Able to coordinate and liaise with construction project stakeholders.
