Key Responsibilities

• Model Creation: Develop and maintain detailed 3D models of fire protection systems using BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
• Coordination: Collaborate with project engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate integration of fire protection designs into building models.
• Clash Detection: Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between systems and structures to ensure seamless project execution.
• Documentation: Generate detailed drawings, schematics, and schedules for installation and construction teams.
• Compliance: Ensure all BIM deliverables adhere to relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Review and validate models for accuracy and completeness, making necessary updates as projects evolve.
• Project Support: Provide technical support to project teams and assist in troubleshooting design issues.
