• Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM software knowledge is an advantage.

Job description

Responsibilities

• BIM modelling for architectural/structural & M & E discipline.
• Adhere to BIM execution plan and BIM project workflow.
• Prepare design/proposal drawings to specifications set by requirements.
• Prepare construction drawings and as-built drawing.
• Prepare clash detection for services and other discipline architect/structure & M & E.
• Ensure drawings are being controlled and transmitted.
• Work out on material take-offs from all engineering drawing.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM software is an added advantage
• Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management and/or building with min 2 years' experience with construction companies.
