Job summary

An IT services firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate skilled in 3D Building Information Modeling using Autodesk Revit. The role involves creating BIM models, preparing 2D drawings, and ensuring consistency of digital models while collaborating with various stakeholders. Job Description & Requirements

• Create and maintain 3D Building Information Models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects, converting design concepts into detailed digital models using BIM software.
• Creating and preparing 2D tender drawings, shop drawings, and construction‑ready drawings from the 3D models for submissions to authorities and for construction.
• Maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the BIM models, and updating them as design information evolves or construction progresses.
• Identifying and resolving conflicts or clashes between architectural, structural, and MEP services within the model.
• Working closely with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators, and other project stakeholders to ensure design intent is reflected in the model.
• Creating object families, annotating drawings, and preparing schedules and material take‑offs from the models.
• Building Revit content (families) for in‑house design and constructability modeling.
• Providing Revit / CAD application support.
• Work with teams on coordinating BIM for preconstruction and construction.
• To assist the AEC / MFG / M&E / BIM 360 / Project Management (MS & Primavera) BIM Sales team.
• To conduct demos including enterprise solutions

Requirements:

• Diploma Or Degree Holder In Architecture or Engineering
• Preferable with Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling certification
• Knowledge in Autodesk Revit is required
• Experience in design, drafting or engineering in public or private sector
• Must be able to work independently with ability in problem solving
