Job summary

A construction company based in Singapore is seeking a BIM Modeller proficient in Architecture, Structure, and MEP. The ideal candidate will create and update detailed BIM models for both tender and project stages, ensuring high quality and compliance with local standards. Responsibilities

• Create and update BIM models based on Tender and Contract drawings.
• Prepare models for coordination and Shopdrawing submissions.
• Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models, checking for clashes.

Job description

We are looking for BIM Modeller proficient in Architecture / Structure / MEP trade

Tender Stage:

• Create and update BIM models based on Tender drawings and corrigendum in accord to Company BIM standard.
• Create Still images rendering for the presentation.
• Create 4D sequencing based on Engineer’s master program.
• Extract quantity from BIM for Tender QS/Engineer as a reference.

Project Stage:

• Create and update BIM models based on Contract drawings and corrigendum.
• Preparation of models for coordination and Shopdrawing submission in accordance to the BIM schedule
• Prepare BIM models to communicate and visualisation aids
• Ensure the integrity/quality of the models, eg. Models to be clear of clashes

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Architecture / Structure/ Construction Management related
• At least 3-5 years of BIM experience
• Well-versed in building regulations and local design codes
• Strong communication and Good interpersonal skill
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit modeling
