The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in REVIT, and knowledge of BIM software and modelling techniques. Job description

• Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements.
• Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards.
• Coordinate with other discipline and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes.
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors.
• Supersede and updated the current revision status.
• Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion.
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings.
• Detailing and documentation of working drawing.
• Any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a senior role.
• Obtain BIM Certificates from BCA or recognised training institute.
• Proficiency in REVIT is a must.
• Experience in BIM software and modelling techniques including but not limited to AutoDesk Revit (Architectural/Civil & Structural), Navisworks, AutoCAD, BENTLEY BIM, Civil 3D Design would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Architectural/Civil & Structural Engineering design & construction.
• Passionate Team Player and willingness to learn.
• Positive work attitude, responsible with good follow-up skills.
